Marching Band Camp Starts July 28th

July 28th & 29th 8:30am to 12:30pm  ** New Students & Officers

August 1st – 5th – 9:00am to 5:00pm ** All Members to attend

August 8th – 10th – 9:00am to 5:00pm ** All Members to attend

Meet this season’s Marching Band Leadership Team & learn more about this season’s field show. Students should wear athletic type clothing & bring water, sunscreen, and a snack each day.

Marching Band Direct Donation Letter Campaign

Attention Marching Band Families!

We are kicking off our direct donation email campaign on Monday,
October 26th. We have tried to make this as easy as possible with
the following instructions.

If you would prefer to mail physical letters, please send an email to atchityoc@yahoo.com and we will get the letters to you immediately.

Email instructions:
1. copy and paste this letter into an email
2. send it to 10 email addresses (family, friends, parents, coworkers, etc.)
3. make sure that you cc: dhhsimf@gmail.com (we will be having
a $100 raffle for all participating students but you MUST include cc)

1:00pm – 2:15pm – Orchestra Awards

2:15pm – 3:00pm –  Dessert Social & Slideshow for all Band, Guitar & Orchestra

3:00pm – 4:30pm – Band Awards

If you have any photos to contribute to the slide show presentation at this event, please hand them to Mr. Wade on a disc or flash drive.

All instrumental music families are welcomeas we celebrate the accomplishments and contributions of our musicians. Students are required to be there
